The Denville Township Police Department responded to a service complaint at Saint Clare’s Hospital around 1:40 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, Capt. Jeffrey Tucker said in a release.

Officers spoke with the woman and found that her companion — Austin K. Heinly, of New Tripoli, PA — had an active NCIC warrant out of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office, Tucker added.

Heinly, 41, was arrested and taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility, where he was awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
